Establish, monitor, control, and manage the Project Management Team, ensuring high standards in Electrical & Instrumentation installation.
Report monthly on project status, including schedule, progress, issues, claims, variation orders, collection, and extension of time (EOT).
Monitor and manage project cash flow and accounts, aiming to control costs and maximize profit margins.
Guide, monitor, and manage the efficiency, capability, and teamwork of the project management team.
Supervise and coordinate staff, sub-contractors, material suppliers, and utility providers to ensure efficient installation methods as per contract.
Plan work schedules and tasks based on client requirements and schedules.
Monitor and ensure overall project budget adherence, keeping costs within budget.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, and/or Professional Degree in Electrical, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
Experience managing at least 5 project life cycles as a Project Manager, with 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry, including 5 years at a managerial level.
Knowledge in Project Management, Time, Cost, Quality & Safety.
Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
Strong customer orientation and willingness to promote customer interests.
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Proven ability to work efficiently without direct supervision, with strong analytical and quantitative skills and excellent critical thinking ability.
