Demonstrated ability to lead multidiscipline engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure project delivery including staff development, project management and technical responsibility.- Project planning including schedule development, resource planning, procurement planning, quality planning, test and commissioning planning etc.
Understanding management expectation and implementing the project management strategy to ensure the project is completed safely, meeting quality expectations, within budget and schedule.
- Oversee the selection and management of vendors and subcontractors, contracts negotiation and on-site responsibility for management of multiple trade contractors including safety, logistics, schedule coordination and quality of work.
Accountable for project controls: project cost estimating, planning/scheduling, project benchmarking, effective cost control/forecasting, effective project progress control/earned value reporting, change management, cash flow management and financial status of the project.- Responsible for managing the project interfaces with all parties involved including internal and external stake-holders communication, document management and transfer of relevant project data according to a communication plan.

Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.- Experience working with senior management, clients, and external partners. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the technical requirements for data centers, including Civil, Structural & Architectural, Electrical systems, HVAC, Fire Suppression, building management system and network infrastructure.CDCP/CDCS/CDCE
credential required. Project Management (PMP Project management Professional certification would be added advantage)
- Proficient with MS Office and Auto CAD
Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulation, particularly those applicable to data centers (e.g Uptime Institute standards, Tier classifications)
Be able to work flexible hours, work with tight schedules- Strong commitment and passion in delivering results
Able to liaise effectively with client, authorities, sub-contractors and team of consultants.
- Able to travel or relocate within North/Central/South Malaysia due to project needs.
