Work closely with the Business Development Director to establish marketing activities for International and Local Clients. Assist in assigning tasks, managing budgets, cost evaluation, project coordination, managing deadline, analyze program effectiveness, Invoicing and build partnerships with suppliers.
- Works closely with the Business Development Director to establish marketing services activities for each client to assist in the achievement of the clients corporate objectives for products and services.
Identifies and establishes Marketing Services processes and procedures, and manages their development and implementation.- Builds trusting, long term relationships with international partners, gaining an in depth knowledge of their business leading to the growth of a mutually beneficial partnership.
Participates in the management of the client's budget relating to Marketing Services activities, adhering to established guidelines.
- Analyses and evaluates the effectiveness of each marketing services program in conjunction with the partners, and ensures key learnings are captured and shared.
Manage project budgets.- Proactively sources new suppliers, broadening and enhancing knowledge of our services.
Working with and setting up outsourced suppliers to obtain preferential arrangements, (cost, delivery etc), service delivery.
- Coordinates various marketing services activities, ie. Merchandising, Sampling, Production, Maintenance & etc.
Manages the production and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support marketing programs.- Coordinates the mechanics of promotions.
Ad hoc duties.
Requirement:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing environment.- Must be good in English, dealing with International Clients.
Marketing / Sales Admin background are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge and evidence of the application of the full marketing mix, preferably in more than one industry.
Strong people management/development skills.- Highly developed commercial skills & time management skills.
Knowledge or experience of several of the following marketing specialties is preferred: Customer Relationship Management, New service development, Sourcing suppliers and/ or Field force management
- Supplier management experience.
Supervision/promoter experience is an added advantage.- Independence, not afraid of asking questions.
