SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities for Senior Project Coordinator

• Handle project flow by proposal, tender, execution, site supervising and handover.

Prepare project costing sheet, project schedule, products specification

• Liaise with clients and suppliers for project related details

Present proposal to client

• Site work evaluation before installation or proposal

Prepare quotation and follow up with clients

• Recommend and select products for clients based on their individual needs

Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential clients

• Communicate with clients in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs

Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services

• Create and maintain relationships with past clients and potential clients to facilitate sales

Able to do minor lighting products assembly works and testing

• Research and study to develop or to rectify products reliability by meeting clients requirement for customized projects.

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications for Senior Project Coordinator

• 4 to 6 years of experience in a relevant area of project engineer or project related position (Sheet Metal / Playground)

poses experience in draughtman department.

• Experience in handling projects or supervision of a job from stating to end

Good in speaking and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations.

• Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis

Proficiency in project management software and tools including Microsoft Office, Rhino, Solid Word, Auto cad and etc.

• Ability to contact clients, complete project and manage other tasks independently.

Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.

• Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods.

Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address clients needs and concerns.

• Good responsibility for job or task given.
