Order, Demand & Schedule Management - analyze demand and order commitment to meet Customer requirements.
Regular weekly review of metrics and deliverables. (Expected Outcome: Meet Key Business Indicators - Revenue Commit, Load versus Commit Gap, OTD, E&O, AR, ECO and RMA.)
Communicating with Customer on deliveries in ensure On Time Delivery.
Point of contact between customer and internal team, to ensure all deliverable are met
Any other duties assigned by Program Manager.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Program Administrator or Customer Service.
Experience user of basic MS Office programs: Excel, MS Word and MS Presentation.
Self motivation nature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal.
