Job Description To obtain the knowledge required to operate the Coating Machine.
Able to operate coating machine, input manufacturing conditions as recipe stated and carry out cleaning tasks.
Setting of coater head.
Perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Arrange production schedule and supervise on-site production.
To inspect and make judgement on the input material quality and product quality.
Deal with outside vendors, release Purchase Order and manage inventory.
Keeps all work areas neat and orderly, practice good housekeeping.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Machinery/ Mechanical /Mechatronics engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in industrial machine or with electronics devices, preferably for plastic films (Has experience in coating machine is a bonus).
Excellent interpersonal skills, presentations and leadership skills.
Has experience in manufacturing industry.
