- Develop training programs and materials that align with the company's objectives.
- Responsible for the development and operations of Regional Trainers, which not limited to set performance metrics, and evaluate productivity.
- Oversee the development and implementation of product training programs by Product Trainers.
- Review and analyze sales reports weekly and monthly to identify training needs.
- Utilize various instructional methods, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training, to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training initiatives.
- Work closely with HQ Training Team to determine training initiatives and priorities.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify effective training tools.

- Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 years of working experience as a product trainer, preferably in the mobile industry
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Well-organized, meticulous, attentive to details and multitasking.
- Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment.
