Job responsibilities
- Product Testing: Conducting thorough testing of products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues with products through diagnostic tests and problem-solving.Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of product testing results, troubleshooting procedures, and any modifications made.Training:
Providing training and guidance to junior technicians or staff members on product testing procedures and best practices.
- Collaboration: Working closely with product development teams to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring that products meet quality control standards and regulatory requirements.Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the continuous improvement of product testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Reporting:
Preparing and presenting reports on product testing results, issues identified, and recommendations for improvements to management or relevant stakeholders.
