Responsible for achievement of quarterly/annual sales targets- Responsible for the sales & marketing (mainly orthopedic implants) activates within the coverage area/ accounts assigned by the management.
Responsible for providing excellent customer service to doctors, hospitals, private clinics and specialists.
- Preparing and rearranging Ortho implant related sets to the end user and reverse.
Attending/assisting Ortho implant cases/surgeries.- To develop and drive sales through private and government institutions.
To follow and undertake all sales and marketing activities as instituted by Sales Manager and Business Unit Head.
- Update management on customers, competitors and market changes in the assigned territory.
Regularly review achievement of territory sales against targets and initiate appropriate actions to ensure performance is in line with objectives.
REQUIREMENTS: Diploma / Degree holder with at least 4 years key account management.
- PC literate with good interpersonal skills
Proactive and able to multi-task as well possess initiative and perseverance to follow through and complete assigned tasks.- Good command of English and presentation skills in Business Review.
Pleasant personality with good oral and written communication skills.
- Good negotiator with strong rapport with chain and key independent pharmacies would be an added advantage.
Proactive, and able to multi-task with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Must possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.
