As a Senior Product Manager at Razer Gold, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital currency platform. Razer Gold, one of the largest virtual currencies for digital content, spans 130 countries with over 3.4 million channel touchpoints1. Your mission To drive innovation, enhance user experiences, and maximize revenue within the Razer Gold ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Execution:
- You will be at the forefront of shaping our product landscape.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating strategic vision into actionable plans.
- Your role will be pivotal in driving product development, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering exceptional products that enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Translate high-level strategies into actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Champion Razer Gold's brand position and user-centric approach and ensure alignment across teams.
- Product Development and Monetization:
- Own end-to-end product development for Razer Gold Online Store (Web & Mobile) and Razer Gold Wallet.
- Collaborate with design, engineering and marketing teams to deliver exceptional digital currency experiences.
- Innovate on monetization strategies, exploring new revenue streams while maintaining user trust.
- Monitor progress, adjust schedules, and address any roadblocks.
- Strategic Prioritization and Gatekeeping:
- Ruthlessly prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Balance short-term needs with long-term vision, ensuring sustained growth.
- Be the gatekeeper of Razer Gold's product portfolio.
- Market Insights and Competitive Edge:
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and user behaviour.
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance Razer Gold's market position.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for improving our product's market position.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality enhancement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration Ecosystem Expansion:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Foster a collaborative environment to drive successful product outcomes.

Qualifications
Pre-Requisites :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or any other relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience in building a successful B2C domain product by using scrum/agile methodology.
- Demonstrated success in creating and managing products through full software product lifecycle including employment of design thinking, data driven decision making across the product lifecycle.
- Good verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to the counterparts across teams (engineering, UX/UI design, commercial, and solutions consultants) and within product team.
- Thrive in a data-driven and customer-centric product culture.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Experience in payment / fintech domain will be an added advantage.
