Our client: A manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
- To develop HVAC product (heat pump in particular) to meet market demand.
- To review an enhance product design & process improvement to achieve competitive product cost & quality.
- To lead NPI of HVAC product with the assistance of junior engineers & technician.
- Converting and developing Heat Pump from non-inverter to inverter, non-WIFI to WIFI, R410a to R32.
- To lead product certification of HVAC.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering
- 7-10 years working experience, preferably in HVAC, air-conditioning or chiller industries.
- Independent, multi-tasking, dynamic and able to drive projects
