Job Description

As Lead and Product Owner for a product family, responsible to coordinate, address & solve all product technical issues arise from manufacturing environment until product end of life (EOL).
To acquire new product knowhow from development center during development phase and transfer to plant during industrialization phase.
Early development involvement in new product development including simultaneous engineering work as well as sample evaluation in design location to share plant experiences as lesson learned to prevent repeated issues in various project milestone which would impact SOP.
Being the Task Force leader and have full authority to assign development and plant resources in Task Force Team to solving critical plant product related issues.
Lead and conduct technical training to production line debug technicians / engineers:
Understanding of new product concept and specification
Required Tools to analyze issues of the respective products
Troubleshooting skill transfer applicable to new products
Coaching during issue investigation to enhance analysis skills and issue pattern recognition
As product owner, responsible for the product first pass yield (FPY) performance and drive activities to fulfill the yield target set. Monitor product (test results) and data from FA and Repair stations and define actions as required.
Responsible to analyze and investigate FOR from production lines, identify root-cause or issue owner and follow-up measures to eliminate line FOR issues.
Provide technical support to QMM in Failure Analysis (FA) including 0km and field return analysis. In case of concept failures act as an interface to the design teams (e.g. in Hildesheim) for design related matters in re-solving the issue.
To work with development team to define diagnostic tools suitable for failure analysis in production as well as customer return units.
Sharing and exchange of the product related information, technical know-how and experience of transfer projects within plant technical teams, to strengthen the product know-how competencies in plant operation team.
To be key driver in problem solving on quality issues encountered in final assembly operations which include PDI, 0 km defects as well as field failures.
Owner of the Change Board for engineering changes to be released and introduced in the product during manufacturing phase. (not customer interface)
Responsible and drive for product cost down project in plant meeting stake-holders requirement.
Support in preparation of technical presentation material to management and customer. Co-operate with other relevant departments in plant, CM and Bosch to meet section goals and objectives. Provide support in HW design, engineering change, 8D reports related to plant.
Work closely and early involvement with plant in-house sample build group in fabrication and testing of samples as well as performing sample evaluation.
Involve in line station buy-off and line release to ensure readiness for manufacturing.
To develop, define and/or provide tools for data analysis for product issues & monitoring. Expert on data query and statistical analysis.
To work with AE/QMS and development parties in dealing with semiconductor related issues in root-cause analysis. Provide/ build up experts over time related to the matter in PE.
Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic or equivalent.
Preferable 3- 5 year working experiences in related field.
Having professional competence in electrical circuity knowledge, statistical, 8D Mythology, quality tools and etc.
Able to lead a team in cross functional and to solve the problem.
Able to communicate effectively and get the joint agreement when there is misalignment in between department and section.
