Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Procurement Executive at Malaysian Sheet Glass Sdn. Bhd. - NSG Group in Pasir Gudang. The Senior Procurement Executive will be responsible for overseeing the company's procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education preferably Chemical Science, Good in writing, documentation coordination and analytical skills.
• Minimum 5 years Procurement experience in key category contract management.
• Professional certificate added benefit (example: Six-Sigma); Supply Chain management.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Work well under pressure and able to work independently, dynamic energetic, resourceful, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
• Wide knowledge (Example: International trade, Macroeconomics, Government Legislatures & Financial knowledge, FOREX)
• Knowledge in S/4 Hana, SAP system & Ariba System.
• Knowledge in project scheduling, Purchasing concepts & Incoterms.
• Optional added strength: ISO 9001, ISO 140001, APQP, PPAP & 7 Core tools.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office system. (High computer literacy, Pivot Table, Micros etc.)
