Position Title: Senior Presales Consultant
- Working Location: Damansara Utama
Working Hours: Mon Fri (9am 6pm)
- Salary: Basic salary up to RM9,000 + Commissions + Flexi Benefits + Parking Allowance + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Work closely with client organizations to design solutions.- Present and demonstrate our products/solutions, including conducting proof-of-concept exercises.
Support pre-sales efforts at seminars and trade shows.
- Create and provide responses to technical inquiries from clients and prospects, including RFIs and RFPs.
Organize and oversee activities with end customers, system integrators, and third-party vendors.- Train and develop partners on solution selling and implementation.
Coordinate with the R&D centre on product and project-specific implementations.
- Assist in post-sales tasks such as system implementation and project management as necessary.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT industry.
Knowledge of application development environments/languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Objective-C).- Familiarity with JAVA application servers (Apache Tomcat, JBoss).
Understanding of API communication methods (REST, SOAP, XML).
- Experience with RDBMS administration (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL).
Proficiency in both Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems, command line tools, scripting, and basic system administration.- Mobile application development experience is a plus.
Knowledge of directories (Active Directory, ADFS, LDAP) and Single-Sign-On technologies is a plus.
- Experience managing large and complex IT projects in banking or the public sector is a plus.
