Senior Planning Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Planning Team for better support to meet department target.

Responsible to monitor Inventory in daily basis to ensure no shortages for production to connect the line.

• Plan master production schedule in accordance with customer demand.

Responsible to monitor Manufacturing Order (MO) in daily basis to ensure material complete picking for production.

• Responsible to monitor and manage material planning and update Clear to Build status.

Responsible to issuing new MO & picklist through ERP system and send schedule to production every week.

• To assist in MO and picklist checking.

To assist in material planning base on BOM.

• Responsible to update MO status and send to production team in daily basis.

Responsible to monitor MO to ensure MO completion & closure on time.

• Responsible to update PMS (Production Master Schedule) Report and send to customer in daily basis.

Responsible to plan and manage production planning and scheduling to fulfil On Time Delivery.

• Responsible to update SVI report & send to SVI Team in weekly basis.

Responsible to perform any job relates with ERP system.

• To work with production and buyer team closely to monitor and manage production plan vs actual.

Work with all related department to ensure all order are accurate & delivered in a timely manner.

• Involve for inventory count in monthly basis.

Perform other ad hoc job as assigned by the superior.

• JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree, in the related field.

• At least 3-year(s) of working experience in planning and EMS environment will have an added advantage.

Awareness trained and complying with QMS, HSE, ISMS and ABMS system.

• Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and BOM

Experience in Production & Material Planning

• Experience in any ERP or MRP system

Microsoft Office Skill
