Senior PHP Developer with Team Leadership Experience
Role Summary: LARUS Limited is seeking an experienced Senior PHP Engineer to lead technical projects and support a skilled development team. This role focuses on both front-end and back-end development, with a hands-on approach to coding, managing deliverables, and guiding a team of developers and designers. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to ensure projects meet strategic objectives and are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Development & Coding:
- Execute high-quality coding on both front-end and back-end solutions.
- Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Work with UI/UX teams to deliver cohesive and engaging user experiences.
Technical Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of developers, including PHP engineers, front-end specialists, and UI/UX designers.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain a collaborative work environment to foster innovation and skill growth.
Quality Assurance & Problem Solving:
- Ensure the technical quality of deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
- Quickly identify and troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Strategic Collaboration with CEO:
- Translate business objectives into actionable project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and propose improvements to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP development and project management.
- Expertise in front-end (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and back-end development, with a strong command of PHP.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with executive stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile or similar methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Chinese.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
