Role Description
- Hands-on operational experience in Logistics i.e., familiar with B2B and B2C import, export, last-mile deliveries, and other related activities.
- Experienced at improvising & implementing SOP/KPI to increase logistics efficiency and team productivity.
- Process and system improvement experience within the logistics function
- Day-to-day logistics problem-solving and support to the regional markets
- Act as a key interface for all customers orders and logistics enquiries
- Warehouse Efficiency and Cost Improvement
- Modern Trade Customer Stock Delivery Planning
- Inventory Forecast & Planning by bi-weekly/ Monthly
- Weekly/Monthly Operation Reporting to Manager
- Responsible for follow-up on shipment schedules, delivery, production schedules, shipments clearance and inventories control
- To implement short and long term corrective actions for Logistic problems
- Escalation of orders with suppliers with our purchases to fulfill customers request
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, preferably in the food or beverage industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes is advantageous.
- Experience in implementing process improvements and optimizing operational efficiency
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and quality regulations
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
