Position : Senior Operation Specialist- Salary Range : RM 3,000 RM 7,000
- Location : Bangsar South, KL
Assist in drafting and updating operations related procedures to ensure alignment with global policies and procedures
- Follow up and compile monthly KPI performance reports from Order Fulfilment team, warehouse vendors and courier service vendors ensuring timely updates and submissions
Arrange and attend monthly meetings with vendors, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on the progress of agreed action items- Assist in checking monthly billing received from warehouse and other vendors to ensure alignment with the rates stated in the contract/quotation, track operations costs on a monthly basis and highlight any abnormal trends
Assist in auditing the warehouse according to the audit checklist and prepare findings reports with recommendations
- Assist in reviewing the stock status at all warehouses in APAC and promptly update with stock-out risk
Assist in process and operations improvement projects in APAC
bachelors degree in Business Administration, Warehouse Management, Logistics or Supply Chain Management- 3-5 years of relevant working experience
Familiarity with ISO9001 standards is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of warehouse and distribution standards, operational methods, procedures, rules and regulations
Good communication and interpersonal skills- Attention to detail, responsible, independent, self-starter, goal-oriented with a high sense of urgency
Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Project management experience is a plus
