Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations and Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising and operations management, possess strong leadership skills, and be fluent in English. This role requires hands-on merchandising of products in retail environments.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandising:
Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed merchandising decisions.
Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure optimal product placement and visual merchandising in stores.
Regularly visit retail locations to merchandise products, ensuring they are well-displayed and stocked.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate product promotions and placements.
  • Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
  • Manage logistics, including shipping and receiving of goods.
  • Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of merchandisers and operational staff.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising and operations management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, inventory management systems).
Willingness and ability to travel to various retail locations for merchandising tasks.
  • Candidate must have car.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,
  • 00 - RM5,500.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Day shift
* Monday to Friday
