Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer - Core Services

Job Purpose

• To hold up the stable operation of the Core Services Applications
• To handle and solve Requests, Incidents, Changes and Problems

Key Activities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for Core Services Applications (which are: IPAM, F5-Loadbalancing, Cisco ISE, RSA 2fA, DHCP, DNS, NTP, Splunk)
• Handle Requests, Incidents, Changes and Problems in production network environment
• Support various projects related to the Core Services Applications
• Communicate with different internal departments as well as external companies and vendors
• Participate in on-call support for those products (this includes nights, weekends and public holiday)

Technical Skills Needed (good to have at least 4 from below skills)

• IPv4 networking (IP, TCP, UDP etc.)
• Linux
• Perl
• SQL
• Python
• DNS-Protocol
• DHCP-Protocol
• Radius-Protocol
• Tacacs-Protocol
• NTP-Protocol
• Analysing and understanding of network traces
• Network management technologies like SNMP and syslog
• Cloud experience (Azure and GCP)
