Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales quotations for customers and administrative support to the sales team.
- Act as Network SME and consultant for engagements built around Network for end customer network
- Prepare and present technical solution / architectural design solution proposals
- Implement network solutions provided by network architect
- Configure, support, and manage Cisco/Huawei Routing and Switching products, and Fortinet Firewalls
- Implement firewall policies and next generation firewalls; NAC-related products and solutions; load balancing solutions (F5)
- Optimize network performance and health by utilizing market software and fine-tuning configuration
- Plan and perform software upgrades for customers networking devices
- Support the High- and low-level design, test plans, developing use cases, and support the implementation of Network/Firewall equipment
- Perform Network Support and Maintenance remotely/onsite
- Provide client support, assisting with troubleshooting and design, configuration and escalated problem management
- Multi/hybrid cloud design and implementation.
- Perform infrastructure modernization/ automation and service delivery enhancements to increase service quality and lower costs.
- Explore new solutions and technologies, integrate learning and recommendations into the development process.
- Participate private/public cloud projects, including end to end cloud infrastructure solution delivery and project handover
- Serve as technical project manager for end-to-end project delivery
- Provide POC and present to customers
Skills / Experience required:
- Degree in Computer science or computing engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience
- CCIE level certification or CCIE level experience is preferred
- Strong experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining /troubleshooting Network
- Experience with an excellent understanding of WAN, LAN, and network security
- Experience designing medium and large enterprise network, LAN/WAN, datacentres, and routing/switching technologies
- Experience in operational support skill in Cisco router/switches, Huawei routers/switches, including SDN, Cisco ISE and WIFI controller
- Experience on server deployment is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Being able to converse in Mandarin is a plus as this role might require interaction with Chinese customers.
- Familiar with RedHat (or any other Linux System) is a plus
- Candidate must be flexible for after office hour project related activities when required
