About The Role
They are currently looking for a Senior Mobility Manager to oversee the Mobility function, managing international assignments, and ensuring seamless talent movement across regions while adhering to immigration and tax regulations.
- Deliver professional services and facilitate smooth talent movement across regions.
- Serve as the second point of escalation and the primary contact for organizational development-related matters.
- Manage end-to-end HR service delivery, including delegations, permanent transfers, and international local hires
- Oversee the operation management of vendor and inter-company billing processes for the Asia Pacific region.
About The Manager And Team
You will be reporting directly to the Head of People Services, leading a team of 10.
Skills & Experience Required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 10 years of working experience in Global Mobility or Human Resources with exposure to multiple countries in Asia Pacific, and 5 years of leadership experienc
