About the Role

Provides high-quality claims services in authorized claims transactions for medical reimbursement claims within the required benchmarks and in line with the Company and department goals

• Process hospitalisation, accident and outpatient claimsrequests received as per stipulated requirements

• Evaluate and gather all data for claim processes,prepare medical questionnaire and to review all statusand ensure efficient adjustment in claim system.

• Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark

• Provide training / coaching for current and new hires on product knowledge, the use of system and claims assessment skills, towards certification with Claims Approval Authority, as stipulated in the Claims Approval Authority guidelines.

• Assist in data analysis for purpose of reporting and trends analysis.

• Performs other responsibilities periodically assigned by immediate manager to meet business requirements

Job Requirements

• Education qualification in Biomedical, Health Science, Biology, Medicine, Nursing or related fields

• At least3 years of medical reimbursement claimsprocessing experience.

• Sound knowledge of medical terms and claims assessment.

• Mandarin language proficiency will be an added advantage.

• Good communication skill.

• Self-motivated and customer-driven

• Sound problem solving skill
