Job Description

Job Responsibility

Plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.
Create and manage engaging content for social media, and other platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and etc...
Analyze user behavior, campaign results, and social media metrics to optimize and improve future marketing efforts.
Familiar with XiaoHongShu platform is a plus, including its user base, content trends, and marketing opportunities.

Job Requirements

Able to write and speak in Mandarin.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Ability to think creatively and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Can work under pressure and able to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
