SENIOR MARKETING / MARKETING EXECUTIVE

1) SENIOR MARKETING / MARKETING EXECUTIVE (based in Bandar Sunway, PJ)

• Reporting to Brand Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for:

Working closely with the Brand Manager on the planning and budgeting for the yearly marketing calendar of activities.

• Assisting an effective and creative marketing launch plan that is aligned with the overall brand vision and market positioning for the brand to achieve short and long-term brand marketing objectives.

Executing and manage the marketing and sales promotion campaigns aligned with the approved launch plans to maximize sales and brand awareness.

• Initiating and Monitor continuous, innovative & cost-effective product features and partnerships with print media, social media influencers.

Performing basic and simple tasks on Creative and Design _(Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop)_

• Monitor and ensure that brand visuals and product merchandising are up-to-date by weekly or monthly counter visits.

Working closely with Sales Team to ensure that product launches, promotions, and other brand activities are effectively carried out with great impact on sales and brand objectives

• Requirements: -

Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Business studies/ Mass communication from a recognized institution

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in executing A&P, Mass Communication, and Marketing

Preferable from FMCG & Cosmetic background but not mandatory

• Excellent planning skills & ability to prioritize and multi-task

Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure

• Proactive, passionate and have a sense of urgency

Pleasant personality, good presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities also critical to the success of this role.

• Knowledgeable in _(Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop)_
