• Job description Sales and Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive with 1 to 3 years of working experience in marketing or leasing. The job responsibility of the person will be

(1) to promote the One Stop Home Improvement Shopping Mall we are planning to operate and

(2) to work closely with external leasing consultant to lease out certain mall-space

(3) to market the products and service offered in our Mall to target group of customers or developers.

While not requiring the person to have mall related marketing or leasing experience, knowledge and good contacts in property sector, home renovation / building materials sectors or F&B sector will definitely be a plus point

While contacts and experience are important, we are even more concern with the personality of the candidate. As a dynamic and forward-looking company, we seek a person who would like to learn new things all the times and set new challenges and targets for him/herself. While guidance and support as well as internal and external training will be provided, we expect the person to be pro-active and highly motivated.

As for remuneration, other than the basic salary, we will also give performance bonus and other incentives as well as various staff benefits that is at least similar to those in the industry.

• Key requirements

1 to 3 years working experience in the areas of sales, marketing or leasing

• Diploma in business, marketing or related fields and above

Aware of all the marketing channel

• Excellent in written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work Independently as well as to lead a team when necessary.

• Plus points

Strong contacts in property. building / home-renovation materialsrelated sectors or F&B sector

• Experience in mall leasing and marketing

Experience with internet / social medial marketing

• Ability to speak Mandarin for communication with China suppliers
