Job Description- Work with Head of Marketing to plan, implement and execute marketing activities which deliver on the marketing strategies, aligned to overall strategy of company goals.
Working with in-house designers to produce POSM visual within company brand guidelines.- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Responsible to generate monthly report on the product sales, analyse on business opportunity and develop marketing strategy to capture the opportunity
Explore and identify joint promotion or brand collaboration opportunities.- Monitor, review, track and report on all marketing activities conducted.
Collect, compare and analyse market brands marketing activities.
- Familiarize and being sensitive to Malaysias current media trend and identify the opportunities for better performance growth and engage with the right audience and drive relevant online/retail traffic.
Assist in generating marketing reports.- Competitive analysis which includes monitor, review, analyse competitors activities such as pricing, communications, launches / relaunches, marketing activities.
Plan and execute the above the line marketing communication from billboard, ambassador, brand partnership or KOL.
- Assist in any ad hoc marketing projects as assigned.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least in Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or equivalent.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.- Can work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Highly motivated, well organized, good time management and be able to prioritize multiple tasks within a demanding environment
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
Strong multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills accurate manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin will be advantage)
- Familiarity with MS office
