Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
Oversee and approve digital marketing materials
Measure and report to stakeholders on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Coordinate the implementation of digital marketing strategies and activities with relevant stakeholders
Prepare and monitor the digital marketing budget on a monthly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Secondary: E-Commerce
Monitor and manage daily eCommerce & marketplace (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, KLOOK & Facebook) operations including product & content management, market research, sales performance, pre-sales and post-sales coordination
Collaborate with online marketplace to drive digital marketing strategies and implement effective online & sales campaigns
Work closely with various teams to ensure optimum support for the online store and other ecommerce platforms
Prepare platform performance reports on regular basis for Management review
