Job Description

Job Overview:

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales, enhance customer retention, and optimize our digital presence, specifically for the Singapore and Malaysia markets. This role demands expertise in e-commerce operations, digital advertising, and CRM, as well as strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and customer relationship management. Experience in the fashion, beauty, or retail industry, along with regional experience or exposure, is highly preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Management:
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to drive online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer retention.
Website & App Optimization: Manage and optimize website and app content, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and brand messaging while continuously enhancing user experience.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping, working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
  • Marketplace Management: Oversee product listings and promotions across various marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TIkTok), ensuring optimal performance and competitiveness.

  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:
Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others, to drive traffic and sales.
  • eDM Campaigns: Manage and optimize eDM (Electronic Direct Mail) campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Performance Analysis: Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance, maximize ROI, and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.
  • Affiliate Partnerships: Develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners, overseeing the creation of promotional materials and analyzing affiliate performance to drive revenue and customer acquisition.

  • CRM & Personalized Marketing:
CRM Strategy: Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies to build and nurture customer relationships, increasing lifetime value.
  • Personalized Campaigns: Utilize marketing automation tools like Insider to create personalized email, SMS, and push notification campaigns tailored to segmented audiences.
Customer Segmentation: Implement customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and relevant marketing efforts that resonate with specific customer groups.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze CRM campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Collaboration with Partners & Agencies:
Partnership Management: Work closely with external partners and agencies to align marketing strategies with 6ixty8ights goals and KPIs.
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate with digital agencies to ensure the timely and effective execution of ad campaigns, fostering strong relationships to maximize collaborative efforts.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, IT, and operations, to ensure cohesive execution of e-commerce and marketing strategies.

  • Technology & Tools:
Tool Utilization: Leverage industry-leading tools such as Google Analytics, Insider, and CRM platforms to track performance and inform strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Technical Collaboration: Work with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the e-commerce platform, quickly resolving any technical issues that may arise.

  • Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and CRM, with a strong understanding of how to drive online sales and customer engagement. Relevant experience in related fields will also be considered.

While experience in the fashion, beauty, or retail industry is highly preferred, we welcome candidates with a passion for these industries who have transferable skills.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce), and CRM systems is preferred. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools is essential.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights, are highly valued.

Good communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners, are important.

A creative thinker who is open to new ideas and has a passion for continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance marketing performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM3,800.00 per month
