Senior Manager-Technology Assurance

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager for Technology Assurance to oversee the development and implementation of the Technology Assurance framework and programs. This role will involve providing expert guidance on compliance requirements related to technology, managing control documentation, testing, and issue management processes.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in IT Audit and Risk Assessment;
• Degree in Information Technology or related field;
• Certification in one or more of the following: CGEIT, CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001, CRISC, PCI DSS, etc;
• Profound understanding of IT SOX and other IT/IS frameworks (COSO, COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, SOC 2, 3);
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Proven experience in project delivery and managing technology audit engagements;
• In-depth knowledge of privacy regulations and data protection.

Desired Skill-set

• Familiarity with current and emerging technologies and their implications for IT/Security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the Technology Assurance framework across all operational areas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements;
• Collaborate with internal governance teams to assess gaps against standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and effective risk management;
• Manage technology assessments and evaluate the design and effectiveness of key technology controls throughout the business cycle;
• Guide the organization in adopting and implementing the Technology Assurance framework, maintaining accuracy and consistency in all assurance activities;
• Plan, manage, and execute day-to-day technology-related audit engagements, identifying and coordinating with system and control owners to support assurance activities;
• Collaborate with key technology, business, risk, audit, and compliance teams to identify, evaluate, and mitigate critical technology-related risks;
• Define and oversee test scenarios for internal controls, providing guidance on remediation strategies for identified deficiencies.
