Job Overview
This role is required to lead the integrated solution design, preparation, presentation, ensures the solution meets both client expectation and company business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship at multiple levels both internally and with the customer by understanding the customer's business context and their unique situation;
- Working with clients and internal business analyst, application architect and technical team, leveraging company product and service offerings, translate customer RFP and/or complex technical requirements into competitive client proposal and/or SOW/contract, design a robust and end-to-end solution (including cost estimates and pricing) that addresses client business needs;
- Leverage experience and best practices, along with insights of competitors capability and behaviours, to support the Sales strategy;
- Support pre-sales, RFP and business case development, develop & deliver presentations which resonate with senior client stakeholders;
- Lead and/or support bidding related activities;
- Participate in contract negotiations;
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth transition and successful delivery of these IT solutions.
- Participate in internal solution and SOW/contract review and approval process.
- Participates in defining the company's relevant processes, standards, and policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a Technology Environment with a strong focus on Systems Integration, Application Development and Application Outsourcing Services; more than 7 years experience in complex delivery management and/or solution architecture; minimum 4 years in pre-sales roles, preferably with more than $20M deals in total;
- Experienced in solution planning and deal shaping across the entire IT stack including business, Apps, Data, and Process management
- Has good business acumen and able to work closely with different teams in client engagements to ensure superior quality and content of RFP responses;
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in InsurTech and Insurance business;
- Is a master of at least one technical or operational discipline; demonstrates a basic knowledge across multiple technical or operational disciplines;
- Experienced in applying program/project management methods and processes to define, plan, cost, resource, track and ensure the accomplishment of targeted goals for medium to large size projects;
- Able to work closely with different teams in client engagements;
- Able to design and present high-impact messages to customer;
- Able to use a wide variety of presentation tools to persuasively communicate complex messages to multiple audience levels
