About The Job
As a senior manager, you are to:
- Plan, monitor, evaluate, and revise marketing strategies to meet management's objectives and targets.
- Identify marketing opportunities by understanding customer requirements, defining the market, forecasting business projections, and establishing target market share.
- Enhance product marketability by identifying and leveraging market opportunities.
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales gallery to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage the application and monitoring of end finance facilities with various banks.
- Apply for and renew Developer Licenses and Advertisement Permits using the HIMS system.
Skills And Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Event management or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in property development company
- Proven leadership and event management capabilities.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
