Developing concept plan, detail layout, presentation materials, concept report, Kebenaran Merancang/Dev order (KM/DO) report etc based on the technical requirements, appropriate for official submissions to the local or state authorities- Establish and maintain excellent rapport with local or state approval authorities, technical department and relevant agencies
Prepare Planning Evaluation Report with other supporting documents and data as defined by the Act of the Town and Country Planning
- To attend meetings and briefings as requested by the authorities, and report the progress of the application process to the superior from time to time
To observe the confidentiality of the application and the related information- Working together with the team to achieve milestone and deadlines
Any other assignment assigned from time to time
