JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager Project Finance to lead the financial strategy and oversight for our key projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring financial success, driving project profitability, and supporting decision-making at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies for major projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Project Oversight: Monitor and analyze project financial performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary financial liaison for project stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to safeguard project profitability.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, operational teams, and executive leadership to align financial objectives with project deliverables.
- Financial Audits: Oversee and coordinate financial audits related to projects, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project finance, with a strong track record in a managerial role.
- Extensive knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
