What You'll Do

As the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and Change Management, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning while managing organizational change within a dynamic global company. Your ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans will be key to overcoming adoption challenges.

  • Develop strategies and ideas with key stakeholders with the objective in improving effectiveness and cost structure of the company
  • Develop effective learning solutions that sustain business performance objectives
  • Plan for change impacts by developing comprehensive change management strategies
  • Manage readiness and resistance, preparing leaders and stakeholders for successful adoption
  • Analyze the change environment, advocate for change, and determine appropriate approaches, tools, and methodologies
  • Engage and coordinate diverse stakeholders, both internal and external
