JOB SUMMARYThe ideal candidate will be responsible for orchestrating and executing innovative marketing strategies that promote our integrated digital payment solutions, encompassing both the Payment Gateway and eWallet. This role will drive the branding, user acquisition, and engagement efforts, ensuring a cohesive message across all channels to enhance portfolio activation and customer retention.
In charge of business operations, automation & technology setup.
- Design and implement marketing strategies that effectively integrate the features and benefits of both the Payment Gateway and eWallet into a single compelling value proposition.
- Lead the creation of marketing campaigns that communicate a unified solution to our target audiences, enhancing product visibility and appeal.
Campaign Management and Execution.
- Plan and execute cross-product marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, activation, and usage.
- Manage all aspects of marketing communication, including above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) strategies, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platformsBe responsible for device and password management.
Stakeholder Collaboration.
- Work closely with the product, sales, and technology teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product capabilities.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal creative teams to develop marketing materials that accurately reflect the integrated nature of our products.
Performance Tracking and Analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using data-driven insights to make informed adjustments.
- Produce regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and consumer insights to guide future marketing efforts.
Leadership and Team Management.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Champion the development and execution of innovative marketing solutions that resonate with our diverse customer base.
- JOB REQUIREMENT (SKILLS)
- Well versed in digital marketing content strategies (channels, tools, SEO, Customer Lifecycle, DRIP marketing).
- Data driven (basic to intermediate excel skills).
- Excellent presentation skills.

- QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing and integrated campaign management.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
