Job Descriptions:- Trade Marketing Strategies
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales through retail and distribution channels.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, trade shows, and events to enhance brand presence and market penetration.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design trade programs that support sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and manage annual trade marketing budgets and plans.
- Brands awareness including Auto Plus, Distributor Brands, GMC, JMC and NANYA Ice Cool Tinting.
- Perform detailed sales analysis to understand product performance, customer preferences, and market trends.
- Review regular sales reports and present findings to senior management
- Use sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimize trade marketing efforts.
- 3. Implementation of Sales Initiatives
- Lead the implementation of sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide tools and support needed to achieve sales goals.
- To support sales and marketing initiatives to Nissan Workshops (TCEAS) as well as Authorized Service Dealers (ASD).
- 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Pricing & promotion strategy - design principles & implementation, to drive consistency across brand & channel
- Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and maintain pricing strategies for products, considering factors such as market trends and competitive analysis.
- Pricing Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of less competitive and statistical model to provide insights and determine appropriate pricing.
- Pricing System Implementation: Ensure pricing strategies are executed timely and accurately.
- Explore new business opportunities in existing or new market.
- Develop the Export market.
- 7. Ad-hoc Project Management, Event Planning and Execution
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's Degree is a plus.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the automotive aftersales/ spare parts industries.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
/ Relevant certifications in marketing or business management are a plus.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
