Job OverviewThe Senior Manager, Implementation will oversee the successful deployment and integration of our products and services across client sites. This role involves managing a team of implementation specialists, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare IT systems.
Lead and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor implementation plans accordingly.
Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.

Manage and mentor a team of implementation specialists and project managers.- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for
Continuously assess and improve implementation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Use client feedback and project data to identify areas for improvement.
Identify potential risks and issues during the implementation process.- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and ensure successful project outcomes.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, particularly in the healthcare domain.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and support, to ensure seamless implementation.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners as needed for successful project delivery.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
Ensure that all implementations meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify lessons learned.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on review findings.
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management or implementation, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
Proven track record of managing successful implementation projects.- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMI, PMP, Agile).
