Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Provide People and HR interventions and solutions to enable the achievement of the Business goals and performance targets.
- Ensure the overall HR principles, products (ie. talent acquisition, performance management, talent development & rewards), policies, procedures and guidelines are effectively and efficiently translated and delivered for business performance.
- Provide consultation to line management and provide daily HR guidance.
- Resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Systematic and active feedback loop into the Group Human Resource team to ensure effective planning and availability of required products and tools.
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in HR, preferably from automotive.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable guidelines, regulations, law, and policies.
- Building & optimizing stakeholder networks.
- Managing interdependencies & problem solving.
- Keen sense in coaching and developing talents.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
