The Senior Manager, Culture & Capability is responsible to lead, develop and define the organization's culture, ensuring alignment to MHB as well corporate vision. The incumbent Is expected to drive integration of the new culture into everyday practices that will enhance overall operational excellence and effective for MHB talent pool. This is a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of organization's changes related to culture, processes and system. This position involves working closely with the Head of Program Management Office.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Change Management Strategies
- Create tailored change management strategies that address the impact of changes arising from MHB
- Ensure that the strategies developed support the overall transformation goals of the organization
- Facilitate initiatives that align with and reinforce the desired cultural changes
Manage Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with senior leadership, project teams and key stakeholders to understand the scope of change
- Develop and lead strategic engagement programmed for key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and continuous engagement
Conduct Change Impact Assessments
- Develop and propose KPIs and metric to measure effectiveness of the initiatives under MHB
- Assist Head of Transformation in developing a strategic measurement and monitoring model to assess the impact of MHB
- Identify potential risks and resistance points and proactively develop mitigation plans to address the risks and resistance points
Drive Communication on Change & Culture
- Design communication channels/platform and implement communication plans to ensure key messages of MHB are disseminated and understood by all level of staff
- Monitor MHB milestone, ensuring transparency and develop strategic update for MHB key stakeholder
Change Management
- Develop and implement change management strategies and communication plans to ensure successful adoption and sustainment of transformation initiatives
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to employees and teams throughout the change process, fostering a positive and resilient organizational culture
Qualifications
- Bachelors in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred
- 8-10+ years in culture development, talent management, or organizational development, with leadership experience and culture transformation expertise
- Skills: Strong knowledge of organizational psychology and change management; skilled in talent development, leadership training, and engagement strategies; effective communicator and coach
- Certifications (Optional): OD, L&D, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), or Leadership Coaching.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant trends, compliance, and business practices (as needed)
