Responsible for building maintenance including plumbing (leaking/waterproofing/water pump), painting, carpentry, electrical, air-conditioning, lift maintenance, firefighting, waterwork and kitchen equipment.- Perform maintenance activities in the guest room like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps and etc.
Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment including furniture, wall crack, and painting work.
- Maintain hotel facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
HVAC certification strongly preferred
- Plumbing Experience required
Must have minimum of 2 years maintenance experience and or plumbing experience.- Must possess a valid Drivers license
Construction knowledge a plus
