Job Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Manage and optimize the entire supply chain, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Familiar with Malaysian customs procedures, local and international import and export processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and prepare regular reports for management/ customs in monthly/ yearly submission.
- Handle and resolve any issues related to logistics, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Responsible to prepare and declare various reports required for import and export purpose.
- Knowledge of IATA DGR & IMDG international dangerous goods regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management within the manufacturing industry.
- Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics operations, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including customs and import/export laws.
