- Performing all procurement activities including sourcing, pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management.
- Developing and implement procurement plans and strategies to support project and business needs.
- Ensuring tender processing time is maintained and facilitate tender and contract negotiations by practicing cost saving strategies.
- Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.
- Proactively engage and collaborate with business stakeholders to solve operational issues and problems related to Procurement operations.
- Ensuring all activities comply with procurement policy, tender procedures, and finance policy and manual for purpose in providing exceptional customer service
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business or any Engineering field
* Language Required: English, Chinese and Malay
- Min. Years of Experience: 4 years
