Position: Lead Fullstack Developer (C++, PHP)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Unit 21-06, Level 21, Tower B, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, Malaysia
Level: Senior Level
Contract: 12 Months contract
Work mode: full WFO
Purpose of Position: Team lead for Credit Bureau portal and data processing development
- Education / Experience Required: Minimum 10 years experience developing software applications
- PHP as Object Oriented Programming is a must have; knowing some MSVC framework is a bonus (CakePhp would be ideal)
- Experience writing complex SQL queries, performance check and optimisation on MySQL/Maria DB
- Strong experience with modern C++ (11 and higher) for the data conversion module
- Strong experience working with Linux (ideally RedHat family)
- Good understanding of software engineering techniques needed for long lived code base
- Good understanding of security concepts needed in developing web based applications with access to sensitive data
- Experience with version control, especially Git
- Excellent understanding of Database principles
- Minimum 3-year bachelor's degree
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a small team of developers

- Lead a small team of software development engineers

- Maintain and streamline the existing code base
- Creating product documentation
- Work with internal and external technical team to diagnose issues and identify / implement solutions
- Work with internal and external business and QA teams to understand new requirements and improvements to the products
