Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate potential influencers across various social media platforms especially TikTok.
Analyze influencers content, engagement rates, and audience demographics to ensure alignment with brand values and goals.- Stay updated on emerging trends and new talents in the influencer space.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
- Engage with potential influencers to introduce them to our brand and discuss collaboration opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.- Work with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that resonates with their audience and aligns with our brand messaging.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of influencer partnerships, ensuring mutual benefits and compliance with brand guidelines.
At least 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
