The Branch Office will be based in JB.
Backend Programming Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services and utilizing Python (Django), PostgreSQL, and Nginx.
Ensure code cleanliness, efficiency, and maintainability by adhering to best practices and coding standards.- Enhance backend performance and scalability to uphold seamless and dependable operation of web applications.
Manage server configuration, deployment, and maintenance to support backend services and applications.
- Work closely with team members such as UI/UX Designers, Software Engineers (Frontend), and Project Managers to comprehend business requirements and devise software solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with Software Engineers (Frontend) and Project Managers to pinpoint and resolve issues effectively.
- Participate actively in code reviews to ensure maintainable, testable, and scalable code.
Identify and troubleshoot issues within web applications to maintain optimal functionality.
- Staying Up-to-Date with Trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in software development and backend engineering.
Job Requirements:
Demonstrated openness to embracing new technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Software Engineer, specializing in backend development.
Proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.- Positive demeanor with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, conveying intricate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
