Job Responsibilities : -
- Responsible for the integration and technical support of system problem solutions, answer questions during the development process, and improve system stability and security.
- Responsible for various data analysis of the system, and promote the optimization and iteration of products, process mechanisms, user experience, etc.
- Responsible for providing technical support to the company's IT team , and improving the efficiency of self-service problem solving and troubleshooting for developers.
- Collaborate with various business lines of the company to achieve key business goals.
- Responsible for the security protection of the company's IT system, regularly check system vulnerabilities, formulate and implement security strategies, and ensure the security of the company's information assets.
Requirements : -
- At least a bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering or related fields, more than 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of software development.
- Experience in the construction and operation of an operation and maintenance guarantee system from 0 to 1 (process, standardization, standardization, tooling, productization, and continuous improvement);
- Familiar with database languages such as SQL, high data sensitivity, able to complete data and problem analysis through scripts, and able to establish the required business views or data models according to needs to help the business side complete business analysis and problem location;
- Have good systematic thinking ability, owner awareness, and strong stress resistance;
- Those with experience in localized development and internationalized projects are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate across departments and cultures.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
