Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an agile Senior IT project manager to join our Project Management Office. You will be working closely with the mid-level management team, clients, technical, QA and UI/UX team. Also, be a part of a highly experienced and successful team. Moreover, you will be involved in software project management, to deliver exciting digital initiatives for large scale corporates, SME, start-ups and government agencies. Daily tasks will include utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and communicate between client/product team, mid-level management team, technical team, UI/UX team and QA team with proper project documentation skills.

Working as a team as well as working independently to resolve the assigned projects.

Good organization and communication skills, able to coach and support project team when necessary.

Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project, identify as well as to analyze change requests.

Diagnosing issues professionally and provide solutions to ensure successful project delivery.

Stakeholders management. Ability to manage challenges internally and externally, build and maintain good working relationship with corporate clients.

Manage risk and provide solutions to management and stakeholder for decision making.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Information Technology (IT) OR equivalent.

Min. 4 years working experience as an IT Project Manager preferably in the same or relevant industry.

Strong analytical and written skills with the ability to translate business requirements from end users to technical requirements

Strong team player and able to work under stress to meet deadline

Responsive and have self-initiative to ensure project quality

Passionate about technology, project and people management
