Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions which include: recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations, and payroll administration and foreign worker management.- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs.
- Foster an environment that supports continual professional development and growth.
Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations, ensuring organizational compliance.- Responsible on the action of disciplinary action for underperform employees or employee who have comply misconduct.
Responsible in the implementation of the appropriate measurement for employee job performance evaluation (KPI).
