Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR support to the Malaysia team including interview coordination, responding to HR inquiries, and addressing employee needs.
- Prepare documentation to facilitate the hiring of temporary, contract, and part-time staff.
- Communicate with temp and part-time employees to collect accurate information for payroll processing.
- Oversee payroll for permanent staff and contractors in Malaysia and Singapore ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Participate in employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives tailored to the Malaysia team.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia's and Singapore's HR policies, procedures, and labor laws, including health, safety, and data protection regulations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
- Perform additional HR duties as assigned by the Talent Director.
